WHAT HOTELS ARE RECOMMENDED?

The venue is slightly outside of Guadalajara. A couple hotels we recommend are - Hyatt Regency Andares Guadalajara - Hilton Guadalajara Midtown

HOW FAR IS THE VENUE FROM THE HYATT ANDARES?

The venue is approximately 40 minutes away. There will be transportation available leaving from the Hyatt, however if you decide to stay at another Hotel you can Uber to the Hyatt and take advantage of the transportation. The charter bus will depart from the Hyatt Andares at 3pm! Transportation will also be provided from the venue back to the Hyatt.Please make sure to reserve your spot.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENTS?

Friday - Black tie or elegant Cowboy attire (All black)

Saturday - Botas y Sombreros or Casual.
